Organic, Long-Fermented Sourdough Workshop

$60.00

Grab your gals for a mom’s night in or bring the kiddos and we all pitch in on a sitter! Co-ed and family sessions are welcome. Virtual classes are also an option we can explore if needed.

Once you purchase your class, you will get a message to coordinate a date for your experience.

How long is a class?

About two hours give or take.

What’s included?

Most importantly - we will be eating fresh bread!

Hands-on learning how to score & bake a sourdough boule.

Learn why sourdough bread is the healthiest option.

You will use your starter in class and learn how to feed it.

Step-by-step, we will walk through my no-knead, long-fermentation process.

Once your dough is ready to rise, you will take that home to work while you sleep then finish the process by baking at home within the next couple days.

Andria will be your mentor and available to you after the class for advice and troubleshooting.

What do I need to bring?

A medium size bowl (glass, stainless steel or ceramic if possible)

A wooden spoon our a Danish dough whisk (our fave)

Tea towel

If you have one, a kitchen scale. I have one for our workshop, but you will want one for baking - trust us!
